Orders Delayed: Refunds will only be considered for orders delayed beyond 45 days from the departure date from our warehouse.

Non-Delivery: In the event that you do not receive your package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is required to process a refund.

Damaged Products:
- For packages arriving in a severely damaged condition, we offer a choice between a full refund or a replacement.
- For packages with partial damage (excluding minor issues such as thread, slight wrinkles, or small scratches), we offer either a partial refund or a replacement.

Electronic Products: Any complaints or disputes regarding electronic products must be raised within 30 days after the package's delivery. Please contact us at contact@terradominis.com to initiate the process.

Incorrect or Missing Products:
- For incorrect products, we provide the option of a full refund or a replacement.
- In cases of wrong color, size discrepancies that do not affect product functionality, etc., refunds or resends are available upon providing a screenshot of your complaint, including name, content, and date.

Missing Parts:
- If parts are missing but do not impact the product's functionality, we may offer a partial refund or resend the missing part.
- If parts missing significantly affect the product's function, we will resend the entire product.
Please note that all refund requests are subject to review and approval by Terra Dominis. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
