Machine Wash & Hand Wash
Machine Washing:
- Turn silk pillowcases inside out to maintain luster.
- Place in a mesh "delicates" bag and zip shut.
- Use a gentle silk detergent in a silk-only load.
- Wash with the same frequency as other pillowcases.
- Avoid the dryer; if necessary, use only the "air" setting.
Hand Washing:
- Fill a clean basin with lukewarm water.
- Add a small amount of silk-friendly detergent and mix gently.
- Soak pillowcases briefly, swishing gently to clean.
- Rinse with clean, lukewarm water; avoid wringing.
- Remove excess water by gently squeezing or rolling in a clean towel.
- Air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
